Janet and Ray have quickly earned the reputation of delivering superior service to their customers and clients—service that is based on their intimate knowledge of Delaware County and a no-nonsense approach to real estate transactions.
Both are actively contributing members of the community. Ray is a former president and CEO of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, and a past president of the Delhi Chamber of Commerce. He has been recognized by the Youth Bureau for his involvement with young people. Janet works in a special education classroom during the school year. They are active with their local Boy Scout troop and are involved in several ministries at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church in Delhi.
Ray is an Associate Broker and has been recognized as the #2 Realtor in Delaware County by the Otsego Delaware Board of Realtors in 2007. He is also a member of Coldwell Banker's 2004, 2006 and 2007 International Diamond Society. He was inducted into the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle in 2005—an award given to only the top 9% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. Janet earned her real estate license in 2004 to assist and enhance the service this couple brings to every transaction.
