John first started coming to Margaretville in, 1973 and purchased a local farm at that time. He owned and operated a real estate agency in, Stony Brook, Long Island where he lived. In 1993 he moved here full time and opened his real estate agency known as, THE Real Estate Company located on, State Hwy. 28.
