Susan Doig is an Associate Broker/Sales Manager with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties and works out of the company’s Margaretville, NY Real Estate office.
For more than 25 years, I have made it my business to bring together Real Estate Buyers and Sellers in the Catskill Mountain Region.
A lifelong area resident, I utilize my intimate knowledge of Upstate Communities — from unique Villages and Hamlets to lightly-traveled back roads — to help locate the perfect Properties for clients.
My hard work has paid off for hundreds of people for whom I have helped arrange sales. My sales skills have also earned numerous professional awards.
Since 1999, I have achieved the honor of ranking among the top 10% of Coldwell Banker Sales Agents nationally. Each year during this period, I have received either the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Award or the Coldwell Banker President’s Circle Award.
My sales excellence resulted in recognition as the Top Sales Producer in Delaware County, NY in 2006. I was also was honored with the 2008 Best Real Estate Agent Service Award in a Catskill Mountain News reader survey.
When I’m not selling Real Estate, I assist my husband, Jack, with the operation of Lanark Farm. Our adult sons also lend helping hands when they’re in the area.
Situated on Route 28 near Andes, NY Lanark Farm specializes in raising and selling South African Boer Goats and grass-fed cattle. The Farm sells goats for breeding and goat meat and beef from polled Herefords and Black Angus cattle that have been raised without hormones or antibiotics. We have been raising livestock the “All-Natural” way for more than 35 years. Even more impressive, the Farm has been in the Doig family for more 150 years.
