Melissa Wakin is an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties and works out of the company’s Delhi, NY Real Estate office.

I have lived most of her life in the Catskill Region. I obtained a degree in Parks and Recreation Management, which prompted me to open two health clubs in the area. Having been self-employed for 14 years, I eventually decided to enter into Real Estate part-time.

The part-time status didn’t last long when I recognized my passion for assisting in the Buying and Selling of Upstate NY Properties. I love working with people and making things happen. I enjoy being part of the team at Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties. My sales success has helped me earn recognition from the Otsego-Delaware Board of Realtors as a Top Producer. I also have invested in several Commercial Properties in the area.

I also serve as vice chair to the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. This association is another reason why I work so hard to make Delaware County, NY a Real Estate Buying Destination.

I possess a strong bond with my Community and am pleased to assist others as they Discover the wonders of the Catskill Region such as Skiing, Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Golfing and Fresh Mountain Air.
