Small vintage cottage nestled on a cliff in the Town of Summit New York. Could be enchanting with some work......presently dry with no apparent roof leaks but work needs to be addressed soon...charming diamond paned wood windows , original bead board on some walls and an old woodstove is included. See no others....in the woods... town maintained road access with driveway that could be easily improved. May not be for everybody but if you want to save this nostalgic little cottage.
