Growing up in Manhattan, I always longed for the country life. 17 years ago my dream came true when my husband and I moved to Delaware County.  My husband grew up on a farm in Delhi and it was important for us to raise our children in a rural setting.  Following an extensive real estate search, we purchase our farm in 2002 and have been raising alpacas for almost 13 years.  The beauty and simplicity that this area offers is an experience that my family and I have embraced.  Since purchasing our farm, we have purchased vacant land adjoining our property as well as a rental cabin near our home.

I owned a business in Oneonta for 9 years and have had an alpaca retail business for 10 years. I believe my success is from my honesty, great work ethic, attention to detail, great organizational skills,  and ability to get along well with others. I listen to what my customers want and work with them to achieve their goal.  Purchasing or selling a home or property is a big decision and I like to help people through that process to make it a positive and enjoyable experience. 

I have extensive knowledge of the area and the resources available.  I am a member of Pure Catskills and through that have met an amazing group of people.  The variety and wealth of talent in the Catskills and surrounding areas is outstanding.
